Hope that makes sense since i am speechless here.. 
The classic fishnet theme is always an eye catcher of course. But it is taken a bit further than usual here, with the depiction of that small moment when a woman pull up on her tights to adjust them, bringing some action to what could have been otherwise a boring shot.
On the form now; this depth of field choice give an overall soft feel all in harmony with the matter, and the framing is straight to the point, to make a shot without any distraction taking us out of the main subject. All in all, absolutely no technical flaws going on here, even if for me the point of this is not to display amazing skills but more to relay a feeling from a glimpse into our fantasy.
Flex, you have such a good eye for bringing under the spotlight these little parts of feminity into an up close new dimension, it is always interesting to witness your visions of art.
