This looks like a parody, to me. And the overall style of clothing scares me.

However, I would love that skirt. It'd make a great cover-up for going to the beach.

As for the execution, it's almost flawless, in my opinion. There's something about the focus that's throwing me off. I expect a little bit more of the photo to be clearer.

Then again, blurring everything but the subject may be the point.
